Technology:

The production area is composed of a large number of machines with different gauges varying from 12 up to 40, capable of both single and double knitting. This allows Primatex to be able to offer a wide range of fabrics, with the present archive containing 1000+ articles! This covers menswear, womenswear and childrenswear, including classic jersey, sweathshirt qualities, piquet, interlock, ribs, terry, chenille, double-faced, crêpes, structured cloth, etc. Primatex uses a combination of single fibre and blended yarns.

Quality Control:

G AND B SRL has a specific department dedicated to the quality control of its products. The process starts on the greige fabric by checking possibile weaving imperfections; once dyed/finished, the mill then checks colour continuity, tests for shrinkage, colour fastness and width and weight per square metre.
Once the fabric has passed rigorous pre-requisite testing, it will receive a final inspection before shipment.
All our products have a R.E.A.C.H. certification.
